Terms & Conditions
Judging (prose and poetry categories)
All entries will initially be judged by preliminary round judges and an Artificial Intelligence Engine, who will select the playoff contenders of 200 Authors. The winning entries will be chosen by senior judges, who are professional Creative Writing Educators from around the world.
The senior judges reserve the right to not award prizes and their decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
Notification (all categories)
Winners will be officially notified by email and phone and the winning entries, if any, will be published in our Facebook Page and www.scorecampus.com
Destruction of entries (all categories)
All entry submissions become the property of Score Campus LLP, Singapore and will be destroyed by December 31st, 2020. Score Campus reserves the right to publish the winning essays for the purpose of promotions and judgement.
The sponsors of this competition shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize/s or entering into the competitions.
The author retains the copyright to his or her prose (short story or piece of creative non-fiction), and/or poem(s) and spoken word/performance poetry.
Entry is taken to be express agreement to all competition rules by participants.
Number of entries
One entry per author (i.e, either one short story or one piece of creative nonfiction). To ensure the security of the competition, entries will be monitored to determine whether or not entrants have entered more than once. Subsequent entries by the same entrant will be disqualified.
Ages 6 to 8 – Pee Wee Forum – 100 Words
9 to 11 – Junior Forum – 150 Words 12 to 14 – Senior Forum – 300 Words
15 to 18 – Leadership Forum – 500 Words
The Family Forum – Collaborative Effort by the family – 500 Words
Score Campus LLP reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions. All participants may/may not be notified of these changes.
